Jefferson Temple - Personal Injury Lawyer

As a partner at THE702FIRM Injury Attorneys and 423HURT, Jefferson works behind the scenes to procure monetary settlements for our clients. He’s represented clients in cases including car crashes, slip-and-fall accidents, and wrongful death claims. He’s the firm’s CFO, handling expenditures and other economic matters, which he recognizes as another way of serving our clients.

“I truly enjoy aiding our clients,” he said. “It’s astonishing how insurance companies treat the average person when they’re embroiled in an injury case.”

As a native of Virginia, Jeff graduated from Radford University in Radford, Virginia, in 2001 with a criminal justice degree leaning toward joining the Federal Bureau of Investigation. With that in mind, he interned at the U.S. Marshals Service, Western District of Virginia.

However, by the time he graduated, Jeff chose to attend the University of Miami School of Law. While studying overseas for the summer at University College London, he met his future wife, Marissa. She was enrolled at the Boyd School of Law at the University of Las Vegas.

When he received his law degree in 2004, Jeff relocated to Las Vegas and quickly began litigating cases. He owned a law practice specializing in family law, bankruptcy, and criminal defense. As his legal career blossomed, he shifted his focus to personal injury law. He met THE702FIRM founder Michael Kane at an adult softball organization years ago. They became friends, and Jeff joined the law firm in 2014.

“Now, I consider everyone here as a second family,” he said.

When not working hard on behalf of our clients, Jeff is an enthusiastic golfer. He also likes traveling with his wife, daughter, and son.
